Audi A7 Sportback Gets New Shoes
The New Year is nearly here, and therefore it is easy to focus on the 2014 Audi models. While that is certainly something to look forward to, there are still plenty of 2012 and 2013 models out there sporting some sweet aftermarket modifications, like this Audi A7 Sportback perched on Vossen wheels!
Audi A7 Sportback showing off killer Vossen wheels
Yes, the RS7 is rolling out soon, but the Audi A7 Sportback deserves some attention, especially when it is dressed to the nines. There is nothing wrong with purchasing the cheapest base model Audi available and customizing it until the heart is content. Some people just want to see the world burn, starting with a truly spectacular set of wheels.
Vossen wheels
Audi’s A7 emerged in July of 2010 in very competitive market conditions. Rivals included the Mercedes CLS and the BMW 5-Series. The A7 is basically an elongated A6, offering a bit more body and luxury.
The 22-inch custom Vossen wheels add to the exotic sports ride vibe. The CV1 rim works fluidly with the existing lines of the agile Audi A7. Under the hood lurks a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 kicking out 310 horses with 325 pound-feet of torque. The 0-60 sprint is 5.4 seconds, which is not terrible for a vehicle of its stature. Besides, that is what high-performance tweaking was made for, especially for brands like Audi and Volkswagen.
The wheels look fantastic
Would you opt for Vossen wheels on this particular model? This is a very long vehicle, so the need to draw attention to the wheels is certainly there.
