Update: California Bill to Repeal 2018 Exhaust Noise Law Passes Transportation Committee

We have recently written about a coalition that has formed to challenge the amendment to California’s Assembly Bill 1824 which has inacted some pretty steep fines on the spot for California automotive enthusiasts.

Legislation AB 390 has been introduced in California to repeal the section of the 2018 law which currently has passed the Transportation Committee without opposition!

This revision is now being considered by the Assembly Committee on Appropriations.
